BLDG will operate with a spirit of Generosity. We will have an abundance mindset that allows us to corporately and individually seek opportunities to give.

• Corporate Gifts and Tithe: We have an existing corporate giving program that we will continue with Mite.org. We will also look for opportunities to partner with local churches and non profits who serve our residents.
• Giving of Time: We will allow our employees up to two hours a week to serve with approved local non profits, coach youth sports, or serve in leadership roles. We will also seek opportunities to serve our community as a “family” on a regular basis.
• Giving of Talents: We will encourage all team members to use their skills and talents to gain leadership skills by serving on boards and advisory groups.

Another area of service will be during times of tragedy and trauma. Over a 16 month period we have seen the devastation caused by natural disasters. We will work with all communities and team members to prepare for and recover from natural disasters.
