BLDG Real Estate is led by a team with over 50 years of experience in real estate design and development, encompassing various aspects of the business from managing small rural projects to overseeing $90+ million development projects. The leadership team has successfully utilized USDA, LIHTC, HUD, conventional, and tax-exempt debt financing for projects with values well over $2 billion. The company works with a diverse range of clients, from small sole proprietors to large national organizations. In addition to sponsoring its own real estate owned projects, BLDG provides contract development services and owners representative services. The company handles all aspects of the development process, from market identification and site selection to financing, construction management, and ongoing asset management.

          Our Leadership team has been assembled to address the key needs of BLDG financially, operationally, and relationally to help us Be, Lead, Develop, and Give. We have tremendous experience and seek to build a culture that promotes Michael Hyatt’s “Double Win” philosophy, where we each “Succeed at work and Win at Life”.

          BLDG will have a strong internal team built to execute projects and in our role we will often be responsible for assembling the full development team including design, finance and construction. It is imperative that we prepare and equip all team members to function in a servant leadership capacity in order to foster generational relationships.

          True leadership is earned and does not come from a position or title so we will build our culture to earn and wear the leadership mantle well.

          We encourage our employees to serve with approved local non-profit organizations, coach youth sports, or serve in leadership roles. We also seek opportunities to serve our community as a “family” on a regular basis.
